Jon is a member of the Georgia Bar Family Law Section and the Atlanta Bar Association Family Law Section. He is also a past president of the Atlanta Bar Association Family Law Section.

Hannibal F. Heredia has practiced family law almost exclusively since 1994. Since 2017, he has been named one of the Top 100 lawyers in Georgia by Atlanta magazine. After six years with Georgia Legal Services, Hannibal joined the Cartersville, Georgia law firm of Perrotta, Cahn and Prieto, P.C. in 2000 where he was part of the largest family law practice in Northwest Georgia and served the firm as managing partner for some time. In 2006, he founded the firm of Hedgepeth & Heredia, now Hedgepeth Heredia LLC, where he serves as managing partner.
